RUNAWAY BAY JUNIOR RUGBY LEAGUES CLUB
GBC provided a detailed scope of works, with specific product information and a time line for the tender of the commercial kitchen and bistro upgrade of the Runaway Bay Rugby Leagues Club. With a full understanding of the financial impact the club would endure while the kitchen/bistro was closed, the GBC team were engaged to complete these works with minimum downtime to the bistro.
The existing kitchen and bistro were stripped out, overhead exhaust unit was removed, wall demolished and construction of a new wall was carried out. Communicating with the client and architectural designer to work through the finer details and the colour scheme to ensure the attention to detail of every aspect of the project. Safegaurd R12 slip resistant vinyl sheet flooring was laid throughout the kitchen and bistro, meeting safety and comfort standards. Stainless steel preparation fridges, bench tops, wall sheeting, servery pass, shelving and sink were integrated into the kitchen area, increasing functionality and efficiency. The bistro area was finished using premium quality Laminex, stone bench tops, feature tiling, which is softened with copper lighting fixtures. Finishing touches were added to enhance the appearance and ambiance of the dining area.
The project was completed on time exceeding the clients expectations… and the Pizzas are awesome!
