Niche Finance Office Fitout
Working with the team at Living Happens, GBC was engaged to Fitout this newly procured warehouse, corporate office. The concept was to create a tranquil, calming and aesthetically pleasing space for Niche Finance’s director, their staff and for Niche clients to be welcomed into. This unique space consists of multiple curved walls battened using Polytec, Stecca wood, Natural Oak finish. VJ Paneling adding texture and warmth with the enhancement of stunning, pendant feature lighting throughout. Timber hanging planters were designed and built by GBC to cater for the overhead flora, adding colour and dimension to an otherwise unusable ceiling void.
Take the stairs to the mezzanine level which consists of the large Director’s suite, including a personal assistant’s office and kitchenette. A nib wall and Stecca wood screen were built to break the area up and add a little privacy. VJ Paneling, a curved Stecca wood wall and furnishing create warmth, dimension, and a peaceful place to enjoy and focus on the tasks at hand.
