The Lawnhill project, client’s brief was to create a modern look, all one level and minimal maintenance. We demolished the old timber deck and used a combination of H3 Timbers and Aluminium Joists over the existing pool surround for the subfloor structure, 300 square metres of EKODECK ‘Backbeach’, powder coated steel posts and AUSDECK roofing for a crisp clean finish in the Alfresco area
Stepping out of the house, it is a pleasure to see how this project has come together. The colour selection, the furnishings and the backdrop of the Nerang State Forest creates and all year round relaxed retreat lifestyle.
