MAGENTA COURT
Utilising the existing, undeveloped space beneath this home, functional rooms throughout the lower Level were designed and created.
With the installation of additional windows, allowing natural light through and an upgrade of existing wet areas, GBC created a guest bedroom with ensuite and a large games area including ’The Bar’ for entertaining guests. The existing laundry and powder room was reconfigured to increase these spaces and create a more functional work space. New life was brought to the existing upstairs bathroom by reconfiguring and upgrading all plumbing fixtures, tiling and changing the colour scheme to modernise the room. The stairwell walls were cut down to allow the existing upstairs and new downstairs areas to flow well together, opening up these living spaces completes this beautifully, cosy two story family home.
